1. Returns policy.
If you are discontent with any product that you purchase from Instant Film Direct, you can obtain a full refund by returning the product to us within 7 days from the date you received it. The goods must be in the same condition as when you received them. Please telephone us prior to returning items (on 020-8810-1997) or email sales@instantfilmdirect.co.uk. Once notice of your cancellation has been received and we are in possession of the returned goods, Instant Film Direct will make a refund of the full price of the item to your debit or credit card used to originally purchase the goods. This will be done within 30 days of the date of cancellation.The cost of returning goods in this situation will be met by the purchaser.
